Ngā Tapuwae - World War One- Dioramas 2015

A truly fascinating project to be a part of. Working closely with Locales NZ, to build a series of dioramas that would be installed in War museums in France, Gallipoli and Belgium, adding to the Ngā Tapuwae experience of World War One. The models were to show New Zealand soldiers and what life was like for them. The dioramas were intricate and detailed a number of different experiences such as, a rugby game between New Zealand and French Troops, Quinn’s Post, where the NZ troops were only metres from the Turks, soldiers living underground in dugouts and the living conditions that our soldiers endured for so long.
